I sometimes go on a rust walk and these objects were left over from a project. I like the fact that the rust is busy staining the material so the artwork keeps on making itself.

This old shirt has been through many lives until finally it couldn't even be used for painting and decorating. I like the idea that embroidering the random stains gives it a new value and purpose at the end of its time.
